Menopathway Ltd (“Menopathway”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a decentralised, clinician-led menopause and women’s health platform incorporating symptom tracking, longitudinal analytics, and clinician-facing decision support.

- Symptom tracking and longitudinal views
- AI-assisted decision support (for clinician review)
- Messaging and consultations where contracted and clinically appropriate
- Diagnostics ordering and results integration where available
The Service is designed to support clinician-led care. Any AI outputs are decision support only and do not provide autonomous diagnosis or prescribing.
3. Not emergency care
Menopathway does not provide emergency medical services. If you have urgent symptoms, severe pain, thoughts of self-harm, or any red-flag symptoms, seek urgent medical care immediately (e.g., call 999/111 or contact your GP as appropriate).
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
5. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
6. Subscriptions, fees and cancellation
- Subscription tiers determine access to features and included services.
- Prices and billing frequency are displayed at purchase and may change with notice.
- You can cancel in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided in the Service and applicable consumer law.
7. Clinical services and professional responsibility
Where clinical services are provided, they are delivered by appropriately qualified clinicians operating under applicable professional and regulatory standards. Clinical decisions are made by clinicians, not by automated systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
